DJDARK WXLF

DJ Dark Wxlf is a 25-year-old DJ from London, UK, playing cyberpunk, dark techno and electro house. Alongside DJ sets, the music includes original tracks and remixes, with the aim of making every crowd happy and performing at community events.

I first started to explore the idea of DJing on YouTube. There are a lot of people posting DJ gear POV mixing, and it's awesome. The idea of each button having a purpose in mixing the music together more efficiently, to have more fun with the crowd, makes me so excited! Then I found a DJ school in Russia that taught me the way to use disc jockeys, creating DJ personas and creating the DJ business, as well as writing music!

When I DJ a set in front of people, it's a way of expressing myself with some fun dance music and having fun with the crowd. Sometimes it's a way to relax and be able to talk to people and start connecting. It honestly all depends on the mood and atmosphere, but in my mind there are two important things in DJing: understanding the atmosphere, by reading how the crowd is reacting and how the venue feels, and, most important of all, having fun.
